1. Robert – This is currently my all-time favorite boys name and it has been for a long time. Robert is a very timeless, classic name that comes with many nickname options. I love this name because it is uncommon for boys where I live and it would fit my son all throughout his life. Robert is a elegant, simple, masculine, but cute name for a boy and I believe any boy would be lucky to have this name. Robert Joseph is my all-time favorite name at the moment.

2. Ryan – This name is such a simple, nice name for a boy, but where I live it is very common and a lot of people that I do not like have this name. Other than the bad associations with the name, it is a perfect name for any age and looks and sounds nice. Ryan is a very handsome, strong, but still an adorable name for a boy. I love the name Ryan Andrew.

3. Richard – I would most likely only use this as a middle name, but it is still a very excellent name for a boy. Richard is very uncommon where I live, and like Robert, I have failed to meet a Richard that was not in his fifties. Richard is a very strong, masculine, and handsome name for a boy that comes with multiple nicknames, most of which I love. I like the name Richard Thomas.

4. Raymond – I would most likely only use this as a middle name. It is not very popular and I have never met a person named Raymond in my life. I think the nickname Ray is adorable and very sophisticated sounding. Raymond is a classic, underappreciated name that any boy would be lucky to have. I like the name Raymond Matthew.

5. Rowan – This is one of my guilty pleasure names and I am not exactly sure how or why I started to like this name. I love the way name sounds when you say it and looks when you right it. It is just one of those names that sounds very strong and masculine to me. Rowan is a very nice, handsome name for a boy that would fit him all his life. I like the name Rowan Chase.
